Based on a 14news.com report, printed on Friday (Aug. 31), a lady was arrested after she claimed that Ye “telegraphically” instructed her to steal a automobile that had a baby inside. The police affidavit detailed the unusual incident, which occurred on Thursday (Aug. 30) in Evansville, Indiana.
Based on the police, Ricki Smith tried to enter an unattended automobile belonging to a different girl. The sufferer, who was heading right into a retailer, seen Smith moving into her car.
